If I'm correct they're supposed to reset your battlepass packs so you can open them again, but I haven't got this either for now

I had a ticket, so when Support messaged me to say they'd added my Legendary but it was still MIA to me even after clearing caches etc so I asked them to reset my battle pass and it was done within the hour.
