After the update I opened all the packs from the battle pass including the legendary ones. This afternoon I opened the game and I found all the cards that I acquired disappeared. What am I supposed to do now?

Of course all the other cards I got from the pass card packs disappeared too

Same thing happened to me. I waited for the new theme to open Battle Pass tiers 45, 46 and 50 and got my nice rewards. I was upgrading Super Hero cards and suddenly it started to say upgrade failed. I restarted the game and I lost 6000 coins + 3 legendary cards + 100 cash + rest of the stuff...

This happened to me as well, my in-game name is Apollorc42.

I had opened most of my packs and just left the ones with epics/legendaries in them unopened. A teammate who used the "Claim All" button right after the update and got all their cards in one pack says they still have their cards and upgrade materials.

I did the same and lost a Grand Wizard Cartman, among others. Still no sign of it.

I have just noticed this today as well on my MrFrosTee account, I was pretty excited to get Medusa to level 3 this morning and use some mats, but today she is back at 3/4. Who knows what else disappeared.

There is a fix for this issue rolling out now, so keep an eye out!

Okay so do we need to do something or what? I still don't have the missing stuff.
