Just a quick question: I did all the voting and upgrading but I missed playing my games and did not get the reward pack. Is this normal? I guess since I only did all the other work but never played the games it doesnt count.

This is a common issue, sometimes the packs don't pop-up correctly. I can look into what you earned! What is your current in-game name?

My in-game name is vvolfbane (with two v since w was taken).

My apologies! My head was full of Superheros and I misread the beginning of your first post.
In order to get a Team Wars pack you need to either lose three matches or win three. If you didn't play any matches then you won't qualify for a pack.
