Update: It was happening to me only on xbox until last night. I was on PC and it happened during mission. Unfortunately I have no video evidence.

Finally got video of me trying to equip tac 50..... I also figured out it only happens if I have my side arm drawn...

I will soon have video of me not being able to shoot or reload. I do warn though, the video will look silly bc it’s me just pointing my firearm.

You will see at least three occasions where I can’t shoot. It mostly happens while trying to shoot my p416. After watching over a few times I noticed I couldn’t fire after I emptied some of my mag then had to quickly roll or after catching on fire.

I’ve had times where I couldn’t shoot both weapons and will try to get video. I would’ve posted earlier but for some reason my video kept recording 9-10 secs even when I had the space.

I have also had an issue where I am unable to reload / shoot a weapon.

Typically after quick weapon swaps / attempts to reload and swapping mid reload then swapping back to main then trying to shoot. Will be extremely difficult to decipher via video because it's button presses that happen very quickly.

But the result is a weapon that won't shoot and will also not reload no matter what button press.

Yep, they just wanted video proof... and I said early that the video won’t show really anything bc it looks like you’re just aiming and not firing. Either way it happens just like you said and sometimes often.

I do notice it happen when the sound goes out.

Our team is looking for a reliable way to reproduce this issue. In some places you mention that it's related to reloading and weapon swapping. In others you mention that it's related to pistols.

If possible please see if there's a way to somewhat reliably reproduce this issue on your end. Even if it's 1 out of 5 times, I can try to reproduce the steps and pass the steps onto the team as well.

Yes regarding the tac 50: weapon swaps from sidearm can be reproduced 100% of the time.

Regarding not being able to fire the weapon I believe happens during: 1. Switching weapon when having status effects applied 2. When you switch to secondary then back to primary. This disables the primary from be firing.

i have experienced this a few times but what is more common is getting stuck throwing a skill, your arm is outstretched in the throw animation but the skill won't deploy and what is worse you cannot shoot. the only way i have found to fix these issues is to open and close the map but this is perilous at best during a firefight
