Game crashes post-superhero update no matter what I do. Uninstall, phone restart, etc.

Obviously, you people have done zero about it, not even acknowledged it.

Your company is an embarrassment and you should just shut yourselves down. Your management of this game is ludicrious.

it worked for a bit! but now it started crashing again unfortunately right as I was updating “fast pass”. I hope it sticks!

Unrelated it used to be only***susedougie but ubisoft threatened to ban me if I didnt change it when southparks stance on the word *** is it means “annoying bikers” or just annoying people.

Same here. iOS, app won’t get past the initial “digital studios” screen. If I put it in airplane mode it will give me the opening audio and progress to the next screen but as soon as I connect to internet again it shuts down. IGN: juice223b

Edit: seems to work on certain WiFi networks. But not all, and not over cellular

Yes you are right. My wifi is so bad i still cant open the game but it is trying now at least. Need this fixed as I almost never am around decent wifi but have good cell service.

It worked last night after crashing all day, now this morning it is crashing again.

I can confirm that the game only works when launching it with WI-FI activated.
Cellular network will always make the game crash when launching it . It is working with cellular network if game had been previously launched.

It looks like the app is crashing when it is off WiFi (using cellular) and the game is trying to download more data. Seems to have been a thing these past few days.
