My biggest problem with Raider is that his damage is off the chart. Stunning tap is slightly to fast and stuns you for too long. I also feel his animations are really wonky. If all heroes had a heavy into soft feint GB it would also level the playing field. Raider can basically gamble a light parry for immense reward, but the only thing you can parry from him safely is the ST, everything else he puts out is too risky to attempt to parry.
