Early Event Lost Team Packs
You started today's event 3 hours early without any ingame communication. Additionally, your developer update said nothing about it initially (it was edited later). As a result, I was out of my team at the start time and am not able to earn packs. How do I get this rectified?

What's even better is not only did I lose out on event rewards, but I am about 250 eternity gems short of a big pack. I'm assuming I would have gotten those in the team event rewards.
