I use ryzen 1st gen too as my processor (R5 1500X 3.8 Ghz 1.33 v). I'm not just overclock my processor but also ram and yes after I turn off all overclocking the game is working. The connection issue is gone, no more negative huge ping and I can enter matchmaking just fine. Also the game info now showing fps correctly. I can't confirm this is as a fix, but I can confirm this is working. I think we as a ryzen user must update our bios.

Acid, I figured that out too after my last post.

So its all ryzen users with OC ram or CPU (my ram is OC'd as well...) Maybe both.

My Bios is the newest (apart from the reduced bios MSI has launched since ryzen 3000 came out).

Do you overclock via Bios or ryzen master?

Acids fix worked for me and my intel chipset

This fixed worked for me too acid! Thanks man! Updated my Bios drivers too. Edit: Fix worked for two games got me excited and then went back to 60-80ms ping spikes

    I've dug deeper into it.

You don't need to update bios or stop OC'ing RAM, Its only the CPU overclock that does it. I left ALL my CPU overclock settings, except for the actual clock speed itself (via bios, I dont use ryzen master), left ram OC'd - Siege functions normally.

So it seems only related to the core ratio for the CPU. If you set that to Auto you will be fine.

I have no idea how the patch managed to effect something like this but it definitely has.

Yeah I figured that out too, overclocking ram wont effect the game. I think there is something wrong with battleye, because I experienced the same problem too with the game using batteye not really the same problem but the game wont work with cpu overclock. Btw I overclocked my cpu via bios, I think with ryzen master will work but I dont know I never tried it.
