    connection issues and nothing will work.

    ok so first of all, yes, i have tried troubleshooting, i have looked on the connection guide and that wont work. i get a connection failure 4-0xFFF0BDD1. I got R6 gifted to me on steam. I have tried verifying files and it wont work. please i have tried everything

    Having the same issue.

    Tried the network troubleshooting & set up port forwarding, no help. Tried reinstalling the game, verifying files, restarting PC/router and various other things, no help still. I can only join solo TH matches but get very weird results, the game plays at like 2x speed.

    Could you please create a ticket on our support site and provide a DXDIAG and MSINFO report with the case so that I can look into this?

    Already did that, sir. Been on livechat with one of your support agents & presented all relevant information. I didn't receive much help apart from the fact that said information was sent to the relevant department, whichever one that may be!

    if you figure it out let me know because i haven't been able to join a match in several days. 99% sure it is not us but instead a problem with ubi servers after this last update.

    I have also had this same issue beginning after the most recent update, The patch 2.2 this season. I have been connecting to a serer, getting ping in the negative millions, and then getting this error code. Of note: my internet provider is Xfinity by comcast.

    Another issue that I believe to be linked to the most recent update is that in game (since I cannot connect to multiplayer games these results were aquired while playing locally hosted games) I am getting 0 fps showing on the uplay fps counter while I have it showing 60 fps on the steam and fraps counters.

    For reference, my gaming computer is no slouch, and before the update I was able to run the game consistently on ultra settings at upwards of 100+ fps.
    For those interested my specs are:
    Ryzen 7 1700x @3.7 GHz 1.375v
    Founders Edition 1080TI
    The game is installed on my 960 evo SSD

    Having logged hundreds of hours into the game I hope that a fix for this issue is put into effect soon.

    I connected ubisupport straight after the patch broke my game (well, straight after spending 3 hours trying everything possible to fix it). They had no idea what was wrong and sent my videos and pics to the devs. I was told I would hear back soon but still silence so far.

    Incredibly frustrating not being able to play the game.

    My specs are

    Ryzen 5 1600 @3.8 GHz @1.35v (MSI X370 gaming pro carbon board)
    Gainward GTX 1080
    Also running off an SSD

    I wonder if its something hardware related? we both run first gen Ryzen OC'd, wonder what the other users are running?
