Best balance suggestion that will set the game straight!

    Remove stamina.

Current gameplay revolves mainly around this.
It's bad concept. So called "stamina management" is just a bad excuse for a lame design.
A fight should not revolve around depleting enemies stamina and punishing him like that, but should instead be far more fluent / timing driven / outplay style of play!

It would also lead to some moves rebalances which this cries for.

For Honor - BEST CONCEPT game, ruined by some details like stamina!

    Think about it.

    Thank you for your read!

I'd rather they fix the multipliers and the ratios for over-costed moves, and then globally reduce the stamina cost by 75%. This would allow for more mix-ups, better-sustained offense, and, thus, improve offense overall. The stamina mechanic is an essential part of the gameplay but both stamina cost and stamina damage(for certain moves) are far too high right now.

Stamina is a good gameplay mechanic. What isn't a good gameplay mechanic in regards to stamina is spending stamina with faints (specially with multipliers) and having your stamina drained by getting hit by other players, if they remove these two things from the game the gameplay around stamina would work just fine.

I'm so tired of throwing a single attack on a fight and losing all my stamina because some raider or centurion or shugoki or etc just spam stamina draining attacks (without even needing to parry me).

The problem isn't the stamina itself, it's the fact that attacking costs way more stamina than defending. If defensive mechanics like blocking, parrying and dodging would cost stamina, too, it would be more balanced.
