While I can see how it's annoying not to be able to collect team event packs, I also am confused as to why someone would leave their team just to come back later. I see no value in leaving a team then rejoining later, except for nefarious purposes like donation sniping. Once I joined my team, I stayed in the whole time, and likewise with my teammates, except those who quit the game, or a few who left to join a different team.

I can think of 2 off the top.

Being on the edge of a tier during cap collection. You can leave your team, open a pack and not collect caps. That way you can edge into the next higher tier, before your next pack, and get a couple more caps.

Donating to other teams is not nefarious imo. Teams can make themselves apply only. So that is another valid reason.

I guess I just don't see the value in leaving my team for a while just for a possibility of earning 2 or 3 extra caps. I'd rather stay on the team and collect what I collect. Sometimes I drop a tier and collect 2 less than I would otherwise, but our team has never missed an upgrade by just 2 points. We make do with what we get, and we still do well. We may not get 1st every time, but we're running 50% over the past 6 weeks. Honestly, if my team were so miserly that 2 caps was such a big deal, I'd be quitting the team. After all, this is a game, not a job.

Donation snipers are the reason we switched our team to moderated. Why should we be giving up the coin and XP prizes to people who aren't earning it? They're bottom-feeding parasites and don't deserve our XP. They can earn it on their own teams, or steal it from a team that doesn't care.

THanks for wrecking the game UBISOFT , Been playing since the start and never spent a dime , but now you're forcing us to pay to play or more like pay to get wins , having the inability to derank ruined it to the true free to players , now we're forced to face wallet warrior scum, also even tho I never buy anything on here to see if i can compete which you CAN'T , I noticed from when the game first came out the packs were more than half the price they're now , the prices have almost tripled in price since the game first came out which is totally insane . But that's besides the point I'm just here to say thank you for ruining a decent game with your changes and also too all the people that complained about derankers and got this change , How does it feel to face wallet warriors because you can't derank and now notice it's harder to get wins now ? lol Idiots .

Entitled to your opinion, as negative as it might be. I disagree and do both of the things I mentioned, without regret. I've never really had an issue until now.

Ummmm.... I'm F2P, and I've had no problems with the recent changes making things unplayable. Actually, since the anti-cheating measures have been implemented, I've increased my rank from where I used to sit. I spend most of my time in legendary, only occasionally getting knocked out of it, unlike before when I couldn't even get into legendary, or where I would luck out and just barely enter it before being knocked back out.

But then, I've never tried to derank in order to prey upon weaker opponents, so the floor has never been a problem for me. In fact, it's been rather helpful, as there was a card usage 24 hour event a while back where I'd have dropped much more than 700 if it wasn't for the floor. I couldn't drop below 5700 or so, which made it easier to get back to legendary after I finished the event.

These wallet warriors you refer to have always made up a large proportion of my opponents, regardless of what anti-cheat measures were in place, so I don't really see any difference in my opponents, while seeing better rankings for me on the ladder! It's been a win-win in my book!

NEXT UPDATE

The next update to the game is coming NEXT WEEK. This update will contain some bug fixes, battlefield improvements, Battle Pass improvements and more.

I was looking forward to the battlefield improvements I thought, "oh wow, are we actually getting new looks for the different battlefields in the arenas?"

@ubi-Buck or Toller, So guys please tell me, which battlefield improvements were you referring to? Because I haven't noticed anything yet.

Thanks buddy, would be nice to have confirmation from the development team, I was looking forward for improved designs and maybe even a new arena : p.
