After playing with dark prior I thought to myself something is missing. It has something I like, but it’s off. Like aramoshu did for orochi this is a similar idea for the dark prior. This class wields a battle scythe as well as a septor.
The goal of this class is all about draining the life out of your opponent while riposting and deflecting. It is a medium class- hybrid, that’s dot heal you back.

Light attack- hit target with the scythe
Heavy- hit target with septor.
L+H- Attach sycthe to staff and swings it (like a mega sized flail)
Feats
1) Stone will [immune to guard break], or , Iron sight [immune to push back], or , Iron might [immune to bleeds]
2) Sulfur bomb [Deals 80 dmg + breaks out of stun], Forbidden will [Using demonic power drain 100 health from enemy to heal] or gain +15% movement speed
3) Heattless [on killing hit revive with 10% (4min cool down)], or Sword breaker [reduce enemies dmg by 20%] or inspire
4) Blood moon [All attacks now have 100% heal dmg (4 seconds), Blood bane [prevents revive around X-20 M /10 seconds]
Speed: all lights are 550 ms all heavies are 700ms, all charged heavies are unblockable but are 1000ms. Stun 10ms shorter then normal
Perks:
Gray- Early ripper
Blue- Soul harvest (on execute gain +15% move speed for 6 seconds]
Purple- Bone crusher
Orange- Devourer
Green- On deflect kill gain 20% damage for 8 seconds
Visualization: Up (hit to head, down hit to lower body, ()is grabbing enemy by throat ). ()= guard break, () is pinning enemy to ground
Basic combos:
L, L, L-[hit 3 times with scythe] - last light puts a bleed (heals 10% dmg to you)
L, L,H- (hit 2 times then stab with staff)
L, L, H(hold)- hit 2 times, then wide side hit from staff
(), (), (), H or L- chokes enemy, Throws them to ground, and pins them, brutal face smash or apply bleed with slice of throat
H, H, H- Swing upwards, then downwards then to the side in a fast combo (last hit is unblockable)
H, H, L- smash septor in face X2- then hook enemy with scythe and yank towards self (applies a small bleed)
Deflect [unlike assassins this is done by enabling full block C- and after hit, dogging forward + ()]. The hero raises his scythe to left /right and cuts the enemy as he passes past them, while the staff is used to go into either a L, H post animation)
Infinite combos + basic mix ups:
1) L or H (up, down respectively), H Down or H Up or light down Light left, H, H, (swings enemy around to other side), () or L+H ... Repeat
2) S+ L- Jump forward like orochi, () to apply bleed
3) (), (), H —> 1 /2. (Smash enemy with your septor, then yank them backwards with scythe) —> start either combo
4) W+ H up- spring forward and uppercut your staff into enemy (applies bleeding) (opener)
5j W + ()- jump to enemy and hook them with scythe applies bleeding (ends combo)
6) A or S or D + /_____/: side step to side of enemy, H Or () or L to knock enemy in direction opposite of input (with either staff, syckle or push)
C—> riposte= Trips enemy (like Valkyrie- but can be blocked with forward stance)
C—> ()= Shove enemy back 1M
Deflect—> H= Upper cut the enemy with septor
Deflect —> L= apply bleed
Advanced mix ups:
L, L () (applies staff bash), H up, H down Hold, L up, () () () [knocks enemy down], L down + H [same time] [pins enemy to ground], S+ Hdown, L+ () (slides the scythe across the targets throat + applies major bleeding that deals 55 dmh / s for 3 seconds ]
L, (), L, (), H, H, H hold, () (), W+H, W+ L, (), (), H —> any combo or repeat
... (description) Quick swipe, choke enemy, punch in face with septor, choke enemy, poke in face, poke in face, Sweeping strike, chokes enemy, then throws onto ground, pins enemy with scythe and applies heavy bleeding from smash to face, chokes enemy, throws them, and upper cuts their face.
This is my idea of a hero that is inspired by dark prior but adds some abilities from the assassins as well as some brutal stamina control from the centorian. This class is not about feinting as much as it is about being balls to the wall and being able to crush all opposition with a combo of brutal heavies like shogoki, apply bleeds like shinobi, and able to both help team or cripple your enemy.

I am Mysterieizer, and my job is to judge theories or ideas across the internet. Now if I see everything right, this character would have deflects, defensive stance, bleeding, grabs, lesser stun punishments and extremely overpowered feats? I'm sorry to say that this idea have a looong way to be balanced. If I understand correctly, this would be a... Tank for knights? If I missaw this information, I'm sorry but that aint so important. What is important is, that this character, if ever would he stand a chance of getting into game itself, would need a LOTS of rebalancing. Also, i do not see any speciality about him. No new mechanic, no new attack types, nothing to be focused on. Yes, the mechanic of deflecting from perfect guard stance is interesting, but then again, having dashes available in defensive stance would be unballanced against other tanks (BP and Conq can move only very slowly without dashes, Warlord can't move at all.). Think about those, fix feats DEFINITELY, this aint Hearthstone, there are no Choose one-like feats as you like it.Do a more interesting moveset, with the one you have here now, it would be another character just spamming lights with even bleeding effect + to top it, and work more on the separation from other characters, make him special.If you need a tip, i would focus more on the lifesteal mechanic. There is no character purely focused on that. After then, i will come to visit your idea again.Good luck.
