Hello Massive,

I've been trying a little Conflict mod, and I finaly understood what was that so called "normalization". It's nothing.

as a player, I have MMORPG, FPS and MOBA PvP background, and what I found in the division was just extermly disapointing.

Let me explain : I just found players with 10 times more armor and dmg than me.??? I looked at their build, they almost all had the same one (almost)

I went on the internet and discovered some videos explaining what was the best PvP build. (they were all the same, almost)

SO : the conclusion is clear :

1st all your stats, all your perks, just lead to one single relevant build, 1 build is in the META, maybe 2 or 3, but not more.

2nd : to be able to have this build on your character, you need to spend 100+ hours farming and farming, hoping for the best stats to drop. all that to reach the META level. There is no fun in that.

3rd: if you want to keep us play the game, keep on creating a beautiful PvE world with challenging mission, some hidden secrets and nice little stories. and Make the PvP a true PvP experience, where everybody has the same tools no matter how much time they spend in the game, and all that truly matter is the skill and creativity.

This lead me to suggest :
- Allow players to "Unlock" pieces of gear and weapon for PvP
- Once something is unlock, players can recalibrate them as much as they want, for free : everybody must be able to create the build he wants, and let it's creativity speak, without having to spend 100 hours farming again and agin.
- Make the PvP experience more appealing by giving more diverse map and gamemods, so people can play the Division 2 for both its PvP and PvE experience, and not only for farming over and over again.

I Hope i made myself clear, this game has a create potential, don't waste it by creating "hard core gamer" useless barrer where the time spend in farming has more value than skill and creativity.

For now, I jsut won't play PvP, and after I've done the Raid, I will just quit, waiting for new PvE content. a good PvP mode could have keep me playing the division2, but the one we have right now won't.
