    Account accessed

    "Your account has been accessed from another location..."

    Got it, went on these forums (logged in fine), waited like 2 mins and it didn't happen again.

    I have 2-step authenticator active, and don't have other devices. Since I don't know if this is a Uplay problem or there's a reason for a hacker to enter my account then leave again, I'm posting here because I'd really rather not be held liable for any bannable offenses the hacker may use

    hi, glad i saw this topic and i think theirs a lot of gamers that have uplay have this problem too and i cant seem to find a fix, i saw a post saying that you got to contact support

    Same problem here - also raised it with support. two factor enabled. password reset still no joy.

    may as well add same happaning to me 2 factor enabled ect friend says account is not online but uplay refuses to keep me logged in.....

    Same here, was fine late last night, but this morning won't let me in with 'account accessed from another location' error.

    Same issue here, even changed my password immediately just in case but still logs me out immediately with that message. Everything is fine on the uplay website though.

    Also use 2 factor authentication.
