Except the fact that Yara isn't that much of a trading island, due to his "trapped in time" status. So endless cane fields without exportation would not be a very good choice. Locals would have probably turned those into crops that are more linked to their daily lives. Plus the fact that those fields are probably turned into drug plants crops as we saw.

Concerning the oil refinery, i really hope that like you said Kraizee (sorry if misspelled, i can't check back while writing) it would be a structure that can be accessible and attacked through water. Reminded me Resident Evil 5's version.

Oh! My wish list is simple.

Make a game as good as Far Cry 2 or Socom 2.

Too difficult for ya? Those 2 games are legendary. Legendary. Much better than all the tosh that's been made since then. By a country mile.

Dig deep, if you are anything more than a crap designer, it's possible!

I know many people like the game (which is great), but I genuinely tried twice to play it and gave up both times through utter boredom.

I think Far Cry 6 will be much more my style.

I did enjoy FC2 at its time like no other game but FC3 was superior to 2 in my opinion in too many ways. I would enjoy weapon degradation and location diamond caches coming back in modern entries but that's it. The way FC6 goes is the way i'm interested in the game. Each one has his opinion but it seems that too many considered some of FC2 elements as annoying to have them back unchanged.

I agree, FC3 was the game that ignited my interest as it had a compelling story.

I can admire the realism of FC2, but I found the game too bleak and some of the realism verged on annoyance for realism's sake.

I expect FC7 will already be at a conceptual stage, so the evolution continues.

Let's hope the game doesn't turn into a Fortnite.
The world doesn't need another Fortnite clone.

Far Cry should change .....but it should change remaining itself.

Realism - is very general notion.
    And very important.

Everything that developers need - is to find balance:

    Realism.................................Non-Realism.

When realism start spoiling the game, making it boring and dull.....it should start moving towards non-realism.

Every such situation demands separate consideration!

Every FC since Two has been like Fortnite, lacking character.

Consider the difference between The Jackal and Pagan Min or Vaas. The Jackal was like a realistic arms dealer. Pagan Min and Vaas were like characters from a Bugs Bunny Movie.

I liked the cult characters they had a bit more structure as part of a network of characters. Definitely a step up from some mincer or someone so crazy he could never be a boss.

I just want 100% adjustable HUD element & map element control. Every single element. Also enemy tweak adjustments.

I would want to play FC6 without any of the hand-holding Ubi is famous for (wallhack, superhero xray vision, xray floating tags, alert clouds, etc etc). In GR Breakpoint they did gives us good HUD control but some elements were left out - like the bright red cartoon spotlight that appears on the ground to warn of a rocket or grenade attack. Ruins immersion. Also you cannot disable the bright flash from enemy sniper rifles to show the player where they are (more hand holding). Please let us disable all this in FC6.

As long as theres an on-off for all this both kinds of gamer will be happy.

Perhaps FC7 will be an online evolving service like Assassin's Creed Infinity?
