Everyone is entitled to their opinions and I posted mine. If you don't like it, tough luck. Ubisoft also gives us a tool where we can ignore anyone we want to as well. My ignore list is long and I choose to always ignore the gummy weed spammers, all other spammers, all liars, all Narcissists, all those with delusions of grandeur and those that live in ignorance. I always think before I do anything, like choosing who I will be sending to my ignore list next.which is now you.Originally Posted by KrayZee_ Go to original post
I definitely got to find that "ignore" tool. Would be useful as i had one specific person in mind but now I got 2 i guess.
Anyways, has anyone been finding out if we're getting back FC3/4's varied loot items with funny descriptions we used to have? Can't even remember what FC5's loot to sell was besides animal pelts and meat. Would have definitely enjoyed the original loot being brought back.
You simply go to their profile and select ignore. However, I am very amused. The audacity of what the guy just wrote. I called him out and I wasn't even being rude at all. Suddenly I'm part of his ignore list. Apparently I'm a spammer, a liar, a narcissist and someone who has delusions of grandeur who lives in ignorance. If anything by judging what he wrote, he's a hypocrite who is projecting. It looks like RobertEmerald here is absolutely looking for a fight since other people in other forums are also calling him out. They're saying he is being 'condescending' and his arguments are 'invalid'. These posts are recent. Looks like he can't handle a couple of words so he goes straight to the ignore list.Originally Posted by WildCassowary Go to original post
Far Cry New Dawn's weapons have funny descriptions. Hopefully we'll see this come back.
Yeah but 3/4 descriptions of the loot was very imaginative. From used condoms to VHS tapes, expired meat ball sauce or local artifacts, originality was almost always at the rendez vous.Originally Posted by KrayZee_ Go to original post
I just checked and Far Cry 5's weapons also have these descriptions. I do like the descriptions for loot, but I'm assuming they removed loot so it's harder to accumulate money. I realized this because even if you complete 100% in a single playthrough in Far Cry 5, you can't buy everything. You need to spend time grinding on animal skins, complete repeated outpost liberation or multiple playthroughs, and play Arcade for money in Far Cry 5. That or spend real money on microtransactions. Since Far Cry 6 won't feature Arcade, hopefully we don't have to grind that much.Originally Posted by WildCassowary Go to original post
Well i do expect some grinding for extras, as i always considered money to be utterly useless in Far Cry games. The best "economy" there was was the one of FC Primal mostly because you needed stuff all the time. In FC4 and 5, after having boight everything, i was buying and using compulsively syringes and jackets in order to be able to spend cash. The game could use, in my opinion, a better system of spending money, even in cosmetics like for customizing your camp or simply buying ressources at some high price. I ended up being a millionnaire in those games without any problem. I'm hoping for a fair but consistent economy in 6.Originally Posted by KrayZee_ Go to original post
Especially in Far Cry 3 and 4 since you can get weapons for free anyways. The money would be spent on attachments, skins, ammo, signature weapons, maps and Ghale's Homestead. Far Cry 5 introduced vehicle shops, and with more customization in Far Cry 6, I'd expect the vehicles will be pricy. Since we can clearly purchase attack helicopters and planes, I think we might buy tanks.Originally Posted by WildCassowary Go to original post

Ubisoft should understand - what is working with shooters may not work with non-shooters.
There must be something like a trial run.
It would be good to see Assassin's Creed as TV series.
Something that unfolds further and further.
Flowing from one era to another.
For instance, Odyssey, Ancient Greece.....Rome....Middle Ages
Or Syndicate.....WW1....WW2.....
Plunging from one era to another.
Far Cry should also evolve and turn into something no less interesting.
All this contributes to the flight of imagination and creativity.
It should evolve, just don't make it overly complex or change the formula excessively. Far Cry games are like epic action movies - some are better than others but regardless, the plot is there mostly to provide context for blowing **** up, to give the player / character a reason to shoot a ton of bad guys, sneak into enemy installations, light drug fields on fire with a flame thrower, etc, with some tongue in cheek humor along the way. I personally don't want it turned into Ghost Recon or Assassin's Creed or whatever else.Originally Posted by GameGuru2018 Go to original post

Economic system of the game should be developed more.
Crafting system.
Looting.
Social system, relationship between the characters and their cooperation.
All this will make the game richer and diverse.
There will always be other games that will contribute to this.
It will be wrong to turn completely away from that games' development.
For instance, such a game should be released soon. Dying Light 2.
On of anticipated games.
Nevertheless first part was rathere good.
We'll see what they did this time.
