WHy am i in Arena 9 (4800) facing peeps from Legendary Arena 11? This man in screen shot made it to my match making with 6000+ RATING even the system was confused when i lost to him and gave me plus 58+ rating...what the heck is wrong with this picture?he was trying to beat me too so something tells me he was deranking before he mathced up with me, reported him for suspicious match of course

What makes you think he's a deranker? The matchmaking brackets do indeed get crazy wide sometimes, but I assume that's due to the region you're playing in and the activity level that time of day. Even above 7500 you can still get matched with players in silver from time to time. It's a bad situation for both players though. If I give up a game at that level I'll get a crazy big ELO loss, but winning gives 0 points. It's silly to expect the other player just to lose for you when their stakes are so much higher than yours.
