1000 PvP ticket fantasy offer not showing up | Forums

The offer for 1000 tickets for the Fantasy upgrade mat pack is not showing up for me. All the other themes packs showed up this week but not this one and of course I was waiting for it cause I need fantasy upgrade materials. Can someone help me get that to show up so I can buy them?
