What for, exactly? I see no point in this.

Fully agree, getting sick of only starting in L.A. or Miami.
What is funny there is already player house's all over the map.
Las Vegas, New York etc. Why we not can use them? Also: Separate Garage for all houses! We got so many canr and no where to park them

Yes, I noticed the extra houses to. I figured they were just used as fillers for areas on the map. I agree though as it would be cool to be able to use them.

I would like to see in a future clubs like it were on TDU 1 and 2. It seems that devs tried to replicate that with factions wars on TC1 but now that we have a pure motorsport theme they could implement clubs and club vs club races with its leaderboards. Idk if there's an official statement about this, let me know.

Regarding the point the OP made about the cities: some of them got a huge improvement, like New York, Los Angeles or Las Vegas. Other cities remain the same or have been downgraded a bit (San Francisco or Chicago for example) Also, the lack of events or purchasable houses make them less alive or interesting. A solution to this would be the addition of new events (not only Street Race oriented), houses , the implementation of a custom race editor or the improvement of the cities roads and objects (the last one could be more difficult due to the editing of a large area of the map)

I uh... what? The performance in TC1 was horrible when compared to TC2. I can run TC2 on high settings without lags or stutter, whereas TC1's frames would drop fairly often. And then there was also that issue that if your frames dropped below 60 just for a millisecond, the whole game seemed to stutter.

I recently decided to give TC1 a second chance. I regret this.
I wont go through every gameplay detail but it it looks much worse, and often stutters like hell on the same system TC2 runs pefrectly on (i7+16GB+GTX1080).

You can fix those, by the way. Just set your max FPS to 59 instead of 60 (you have to do this through the pcscalability.xml file).

That's trick that works with a lot of games. Well worth a try if you got stutters.
