Tell this to a guy at 3001 place and ask him what he thinks about those "petty things".
Cars moving faster than intended by dint of existing mechanics in the game is completely different from using an outside device/program to cheat.

And Mr. 3001's problem isn't really the exploiter, but rather the terrible limiting reward system. Like as not, the offenders don't even break the top 3000 themselves. But even if they do, missing out on these thankfully mediocre at best rewards is hardly the end of the world.

This is legit intended game mechanic. You can debate about how balanced it is but it is legit and intended. And it would work the same in real life (if we scale down every offroad vehicles speed, because RR speed in this game is totally off the charts), more horse power - more speed.

    Muddy Hurracan in real life

Besides, you are in no position to judge me, I dont use back on track exploit in summits like you obviosly did a few times.

No its not. External program assist is not a defining factor. Terms of use for most online games dont make a distinction between hacking game process with tools or simply using game bugs w/o any external assist. Its still cheating and the penalties for doing one or another are exactly the same.

You're so full of crap. Yes, summit's design is flawed. But cheaters make it much much worse for everyone. Dont even dare to discard their impact on the game.
Summit is the only new in-game activity this game got in 2019. So for a lot of players its the main motivation to continue playing this game.
If you dont care just move along and stop spreading your nonsense.

Got me there. And that's exactly why we need measures in place to stop this stuff. Can't be competitive with cheaters while being honest.

    its simple.
Delete all leaderboard result with MAX speed (719.x Km/H)
    • Issue a formal warning to every player with one Max speed result.
    • Temporal lockout for all player with more then one Max speed result.
    • Ban for all with multiple Max speed results.

    PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Using new or known glitches or bugs that may be beneficial to other USERS is strictly prohibited and may result in the resetting of character stats and progress, or even the suspension or dissolution of the Accounts.

Below are examples of behaviors that can lead to your KONTOS being blocked for online access or other parts of the game. Actual disciplinary action may differ from the list of examples depending on how serious the behavior is and will be decided on a case-by-case basis by Ubisoft.

Exploitation is the triggering and exploitation of a bug or disruption, or the evasion of known rules of the game, to gain significant advantage or skip necessary progress levels.

    First violation: Warning
    Second offense: temporary suspension
    Multiple violations: permanent lock

The duration of a suspension will be decided case by case by Ubisoft

...which are done in a vehicle that can not reach this speed in a legit way. Because in a dragster with slipstream you can do it without using any glitches.
