Hello Ubisoft / Ivory,
Finally we have the introduced Summit running. Unfortunately, we have a few giant problems with various courts, etc. the permanent benevolent exploited.
Especially, I also point out separately on the special use of the Resetbutton's, as far as the checkpoints are concerned !!!!! (best remove) Bad run ..... Restart and ready or you just chug after! OR FINALLY THEREFORE; THIS WORKS FOR THE ACTUAL THOUGHT FUNCTION !!!
Also, as I urgently point out that various parts such as "Slipery" change "Drifty" are no longer obtainable for HooverCrafts. Injustice Pur for the Summit
I think it's a hell of a lot of honest players, not to act here immediately. If the fix can not be made promptly by a fast daily update, etc., then as a sanction of those who use it ..... just pronounce a reset of the achieved summit score.
Even if Ubisoft / Ivory are to blame, that does not mean that you can or should exploit this. We have Game Rules that clearly prohibit this benefit.
IT WILL FINALLY TIME TO BE TREATED ACCORDINGLY !!! Yes, we expect honest players and we insist. It has been tolerated too long without sanctions !!
See here: https://thecrew-game.ubisoft.com/the ... behavior rules
Small excerpt .... especially the red lettered !!!

ban now - fix laterOriginally Posted by Agersi Go to original post.
You need no special knowledge to ban those guys, but you need developers to fix the issues. Since the issues are well known for a long time, and they are not fixed yet, I assume they will never be fixed (for the reset-glitches, the movement / addition of a few checkpoints could do the trick without programming - on some tracks they did it, I hope they'll do it for more!).
Yes, I would prefer a fix, but unless it is done, a ban is a solution.
I can say the same about your post.Originally Posted by Agersi Go to original post
1. Developers have nothihg to do with bans. bans are usually handled by a separate team of admins and tech specialists.
2. Simply fixing an exploit w/o penalizing its users is not enough. They have to fix it AND issue bans/suspensions/warnings.
Else it sends a clear message that its ok to abuse bugs untill they are fixed.
3. Banning exploiters before exploit is fixed slows down its spread. Other players will think twice before exploiting.
I'm unaware of any exploits that are serious enough to warrant a ban. Bans should be saved for serious issues like being able to crash other people's games on command, not petty things like a handful of people cheesing (intentionally or otherwise) Summit/Leaderboard positions.
WTF did I just read.Originally Posted by Ti_Hsien Go to original post
Cars moving faster than intended in racing games is not different than aimbot in first person shooters. This kind of cheating/exploiting creates an unfair advantage.
Tell this to a guy at 3001 place and ask him what he thinks about those "petty things".
