Why ubisoft support is so incompetent?
I opened a support ticket 56 days ago for a purchase occurred but never recognized on uplay.
Why, after almost TWO MONTHS, the support is unable to provide me with a solution or a refund at least?
The only messages I ever received by the ubisoft staff is about to wait.
Fiftyseven days of waiting aren't enough?
Are they really doing something to address the problem, or their plan is to steal a customer's money a let him die of old age waiting for something will never come?
I feel you are mocking me and I'm tired of this ridiculous situation.
I demand clear and verifiable answers.
The support hasn't updated me on the issue for weeks and does not respond to my questions.
