In FC5 you had him for what, 1 or 2 missions?Originally Posted by Unsaneboi Go to original post
Yeah it's just one side-mission, which involves several tasks. Being 'take the watchtower', 'follow the helicopter' and then 'retrieve the tape'.Originally Posted by angryfudgepop Go to original post
He had a more interesting (and longer) role in FC4, where his actions actually impacted the main plot. And were spread out over several separate missions.
And in FC3, he was helped Jason find his friends and find out new information on Hoyt and Vaas, where he was referred to as "The Man in White." I think his role in FC3 was actually bigger than in FC4. I loved how in FC4 Willis was dressed like a Russian agent and even had a minor antagonistic role where he leaves Ajay for dead after his last mission.
Immersive populated towns and villages would definitely make the next Far Cry feel more alive, especially if they use unique NPCs for each village and town, compared to FC5 where every NPC pretty much looks copy-pasted or just straight up out of place without a sense of realism.
First thing that comes to mind for me with that description is Italy during WWII.
I know you're only saying what came to your mind, but the main Far Cry games are always set in modern day, so it's extremely unlikely that the next Far Cry will have a historical setting. It will almost certainly be set during the time period of it's release.Originally Posted by Unsaneboi Go to original post
As for Willis Huntley! in every game he ended up being such an *** a burned the main character so bad in the end.. In FC 5 I did his mission but at the end.. shot him in the head. as pay back for all the other crap he has done in all the games.. left him screaming like a little wimp for help and I just took off! LOL
That's why you need goggles or some kind of eye guard. I bet the helmet or the guy on the bike has some sort of vision protector.Originally Posted by GameGuru2018 Go to original post![]()
