TU5 Patch Notes:
I have 196 blueprints. Havent done the raid so scratch those. But I'm still missing: Black Market AK-M Replica, Mountain Hiking Pack Replica, "Talon" Tactical Holster Replica, Custom L86 A2 Replica, Infantry MG5 Replica, Px4 Storm Type T Replica, X-45 Tactical Replica, M16A2 Replica, Urban MDR Replica and Vector SBR .45 APC Replica. Thats 10 missing blueprints. The SHD tech mission today offers no blueprint. Level 3/4 control points offer no blueprints. And none of the vendors offer blueprints. These 3 locations may be sharing a pool but I'm at a loss for these last 10.The blueprints awarded from control points, vendors and projects are merged into one pool of rewards. Players can get all these blueprints from all three sources. Once the pools has been exhausted, none of the sources will give more blueprints.
Now I have 4 characters and could buy the "perk" to share blueprints and I'd only be missing the X-45 Tactical Replica blueprint. I'm afraid to do this because I'm worried Massive will come back later and add shared materials and put a 400 cap on things.

Did the Daily SHD Tech project and got a blueprint last night. So I then tried a control point. Got a CP to level 3 and highlighted it. It didnt show a BP reward but people are saying it will give one regardless. So I captured the level 3 CP and sure enough the rewards splash the blueprint icon (with no name, that was normal). I do another level 3 CP and it splashes the BP icon when I capture it. I then go to the BoO to see which BPs I got from the 2 CPs. Nothing. No blueprint reward even though the icon appeared at the end of the captures.
