Make armor and health mean something!

These stats are quite useless at the moment, and kills build variety. Realistically, if one player specs heavily into health and armor at the expense of dps, and another player specs into dps at the expense of health and armor, the ttk should be roughly equal, and it isn't even close to that. The first player will lose the vast majority of the time. Why even have health and armor stats if they don't really help?

For the record, this is why I avoid the DZ and the raid....

Oh, and ffs, give players another option to earn the exotic assault rifle without doing the raid. The raid is not even remotely appropriate content for more casual players, and it puts them at a disadvantage in pvp without having access to what is arguably the best AR in the game. Even a chance of it dropping from heroic CPs would be a reasonable compromise. By all means, go ahead and lock some cosmetic items behind the raid, but don't unbalance pvp in the process.

Just add eagle bearer to heroic tidal basin possible loot

Right now i dont have any reason to run tidal basin because only hyenas and outcasts have exotic loot possible loot

Invaded missions to invaded stronghold to invaded tidal basin?? Why i should have all this work? Whats the reward?

Random matchmaking...ok but every week running all that missions on that order for no reward? No thx...

That's not a half bad idea either. I don't mind working for it, but raids are a bit too much work.

Not to mention, I generally choose to run missions with factions that drop electronics or polycarbonate. Tidal Basin doesn't actually have any tantilizing rewards to act as a carrot. Other than a change of pace, I don't have any reason to choose to do it.
