Hello guys ,

Today i logged in and found my steel got whooped !

I had +9700 i'm sure i did not spent any and i play everyday

when i logged just now i found it 887 !!!

I hoped it's a bug and checked my brother and his steel remained the same which frightened me

could it be my account got hacked by someone who murdered my steel by spending it on things i have yet to discover !

Please ubisoft have you received any similar reports recently ?

Please tell me i'm not the only one .

My friend had the same problem
so your not the only one this
could have been reported but
I don't know if they can bring
back lost steel also his heroes and
the passes he bought got taken too
forgot to mention that make sure
to check because he/she probably took that
too

Didn't happen to me, neither did when i bought some, you might've bought something you didn't remember of, or...
you are doing this to trick Ubisoft into giving you money?, but now for real, you might've bought something you didn't remember of, or accidentally bought something else, i don't remember any case of loosing money, i mean i've played alot with my friends and they haven't had that issue neither did i...

Thank you sir , your friend's case is much worse i hope he restore what he lost

such bugs exist in most games and it happened to me few times which sucks .

You think they will be dumb enough to be tricked by any kind of such claim ?

I told them to check my purchase history and inform me what happened

i gave them the time and date and all the information they asked

thankfully the support said no one smuggled my account

but unfortunately the support said it's beyond his power to reveal all the payment history and he will have to contact the actual game team to help us on the case

if i would lie i would claim a larger number bigger than what could be easily grinded in half week

please don't judge the others with negative perspective , it's very bad for your sake not mine .
