Thank you for your fast response. My firewall is off. My son can connect to The Division 2 server wirelessly through the same router I'm using. Wouldn't that make the port forwarding issue in your guide moot? I've already updated my support ticket with new info. Before the game would just go back to the Ubi Menu after rendering an unspecified EAC error. Now I'm a wee bit farther. I'm in the game (well, the game of connectivity before I get to the game menu).

Obtain an up to date IP address of the webservice you want to connect to.
What IP address of what webservice do I need?
