    Hello everyone,

    I'm just checking in to ask whether these connectivity issues are still persisting for any of you at this time?

    If so, can you please confirm the troubleshooting steps attempted so far, the OS version you are using, and the app version installed? What error messages are you encountering as well, if any?

    I have recently downloaded the app and got a yearly vip I played perfectly for a few days but the app updated to version 4.0.0 and now i can access my account and i can access a room but i cant access any of the songs. I get an error message that says that the song cannot initiate that i shoud ckeck my connection or contact ubisoft. I did and they sent me a link to all the troubleshootibg options. Nothing worked and everything was ok on my part. My internet works just fine. Thay also told me to check on the forums. I use android. Im here waiting to hear some news or ask for a refund because i cant play.

    Dosent work anymore!

    I also bought The app and it workede ok untill the update 🙁
    After the update we can’t play at all...
    It can’t load the songs, at all now.
    In the beginning it was after maybe 5 songs and the we had to close the app and start again, several times befor it worked again.
    It’s sad because it is a good and fun idea/game for the whole family ☺️
    Really wants it to work
