Is anyone else having problems loading Just Dance Now? I have tried multiple PCs and a Surface Pro, which has worked well for months. It stopped loading 3-4 days ago. Although I think it is a website issue, I have gone through their recommended steps and suggestions, but no help whatsoever. Any advice welcome, thanks!
I have that problem too, I guess there are a lot of people around the world playing at the same time for the quarantine.
The priority should be for those who actually paid for the game.
I bet several kids are creating accounts so they can play for free

It's not true that they give priority to VIP. Also because, when you use the computer to open a Room, it always starts up as a Non-VIP room.
So it's not that. It's just server overload.
Before COVID-19, there were, in average, 2-3 players per room. And we were able to do parties with >10 people per room.
But now, because of COVID-19, there's 1 player per room in average. So, requesting plenty of rooms means server overload.
So I'd like to encourage people to use services like Skype or Discord to do online parties with friends, instead of playing Just Dance Now alone.
(Discord would be better, though, because of Go Live function).
So, if we all do online live parties (at least these ones who have friends), servers would be lighter, and everyone can dance, so everyone would be happy!
I have the same issues as others. I opened a support ticket, and this was their most recent response:
I'm sorry that you are running into connection issues. The team is aware of connectivity issues with the game, such as being unable to load some songs or play at all. They are currently investigating this, however we don't have visibility on this, nor do we have a time frame.
