Division 2 - crash on load

Trying the forums to see if I have better luck solving this problem. I have spent over 2 hours already with Ubi support troubleshooting this issue going through their troubleshooting steps. I've done a clean boot. Shut off all unnecessary services through msconfig. Disabled unnecessary items on startup. Disabled firewall and anti-virus. Uploaded dxiag and msinfo. Verified game files multiple times (they are clean). Uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Uninstalled and reinstalled EAC. Repaired EAC. Deleted EAC folder and tried it again. Deleted EAC profile info under localfiles. Reinstalled game to where my swap file is located. Increased swap file size to 12gb. Installed and ran Uplay and EAC with admin rights (already had them since it's a single user, windows 7 64 bit system). Disabled Ubi screen overlay. Launched directly from shortcut to division 2. Lauched division 2 from Ubi interface. Launched division 2 directly from .exe with admin rights.

What happens. Double click on program. EAC comes up for division 2. Icon appears in lower right corner of task manager. Icon is yellow triangle. Hovering over icon shows that that it's "Easy Anti-Cheat." Screen goes black like the game is going to load. Then I am dropped back to the Ubi launcher. If I click on the Easy Anti-Cheat triangle, it disappears with no error.

Division 2 is the only EAC game I have that crashes. I am currently playing 7 days to die, miscreated and dead by daylight on my system. All have EAC and they work fine. I also have a ton of other games on my system and this is the only one that crashes.

System specs: Windows 7 64 bit with SP 1. 8gb ddr 3 ram. Powercolor Vega 56. 750 watt antec power supply. MSI z77-g45 motherboard. I-5 3750 processor.

I'd upload all the diagnostic files to Ubi tech support but there appears no way to attach anything here. I've contacted EAC and their response time is up to 2+ weeks. Also, no way to upload any log files through their web form, so I may have to wait 2 weeks for a response then submit log files to a different email address and then another 2 weeks before we even begin to troubleshoot.

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Hello angrysquirrel1,

Sorry to hear that you are unable to run the game. Could you please create a ticket on our Support Site? Our support team will be more than happy to assist you. Once the ticket is created, you can attach diagnostic files to it

    Hi Mark,

Thank you for your fast response. Before I came to this forum I had already tried getting help and created a ticket through the Ubi tech support department. One chat session and multiple posts back and forth though the messaging system. I had submitted screenshots, my dxdiag and MS info files. I did everything that I listed above. They weren't able to help me. I'm hoping that I'd have better luck in the forums, where I not only have support staff like yourself getting your eyes on the problem, but also get input from other users.
