Finally!
Probably all you that got it easily think this thread is ridiculous.. but I had to fight for my Merciless more then 350 hours, even though probably no one wants it after the nerf for me it was big. At least it's a nice trophy on the wall.
Dropped @ Jefferson Trade Center, when matchmaking for challenge difficulty. Could it be that I runned it solo before that made it so hard? I don't know but could be something to try for those still looking for it. Cheers!

Unfortunately I ""upgraded"" it to GS 500 and DMG went from 35.2 down to 30.9...Nice!
I don't know if Massive constructed this to piss players off or it's a bug, same with my nemesis "upgrade", had to deconstruct several exotics to get it to an acceptable DMG score as the so called upgrade was more often an downgrade then upgrade.
edit: deconstructed my liberty, now merciless is @ 34.4. Better, but still lower then when I got it..
Sucks. Massive sure knows how to take a happy player down to the harsh reality of what is Division 2.
Guess I'm out farming for a D50 now...lol, or maybe play something else...
Tip for new players, NEVER try to upgrade exotics if you got a decent roll in the first place, if it's in the lower end, go ahead, but if the DMG roll is decent, in the middle: Don't do it!
Ya massive seems to like to nerf things when you up grade them! They seem to think that players having useful gear is bad for the game!Originally Posted by retro1236 Go to original post

To me that sounds like a bug, but would really appreciate if someone from ubi/massive could answer if this is intended or not. To me "upgrade" means "upgrade" and not downgrade.. No?Originally Posted by Thumper-NB2019 Go to original post
