    Future plans?

With all of these exciting games coming out and being cross platform and the announcement of the new XBOX being able to do 120 FPS. I’d love to see Xbox going from a locked 30 frames to pc frame settings 60+ frames it would make a lot of these 400ms lights more manageable for Console players and if we could get an update like that it would be awesome to compete against pc players and with your friends on all platforms

On the one hand I agree that being able to properly react to fast attacks or difficult mix-ups would be a great thing. But on the other hand with the current state of For Honor with its current mechanics, being able to react to everything would encourage the turtle meta again.

    So, 2 problems:

    1. Being able to not react to everything = Encourages spam meta
    2. Being able to react to everything = Encourages turtle meta

What can be done to eliminate both metas?

I’ve only have about a month of experience on PC and a little over a year on XBOX but I didn’t feel like it wasn’t very turtle meta with all of the 400ms strikes on PC and I know the new heroes and reworked heroes are spec to the PC platform and it requires skill to rule the battlefield and on Xbox just simply lite for the win (this is coming from 4v4 matches not 1v1 as I’m not big on duals so not a lot experience in duals)

Making gameplay on console equal to PC is an important step. That would make balancing the game easier and reduce the demand to balance console and PC separately. It may even help make cross-play possible. Latency on console shouldn't be a means to balance the game.

100% agree that’s the point I’m trying to make I’ve also noticed the latency is WAY higher on console then PC I would like to know why I just blamed it on Xbox services and how ubi has to go through a third-party instead of ubi’s dependent servers on PC if I’m wrong please let me know I’d like to find out why this is and your statement I believe is 100% possible with this upcoming console also I truly believe the Xbox X Could also keep up with PC specs with it being capable to run 60 frames
