I have been having issues with launching For Honor for almost a month. I've tried everything Ubisoft support suggested (which were mostly things that were already in their PC troubleshooting guide), but nothing worked. Half a week ago, they said "this issue will require me to send this case to the game team for further investigation" and "they will contact you as soon as they can". I've since gotten no response from them, even if I told them every day to respond as soon as they can.
I want Ubisoft to respond, but I also ask for anybody's help.
Whenever I launch the game, the splash screen shows up for a few seconds, then a window pops up saying "Oops, it crashed!". If anyone has had this problem and fixed, please tell me how you did it.

Thank you for reaching out to us and I am sorry to hear about the issue you're experiencing.
I have reviewed your case and can see that there has been communication backwards and forwards, including the steps we've suggested in order to have the issue resolved. The last response was sent a few days ago and although I appreciate your urgency, it can take some time in order to provide further troubleshooting as these cases are being checked on individual basis, hence why your system files were requested. Either way, I can only ask you to be patient with us and we will get back to you at the earliest convenience.

I appreciate your frustration, however there has been communication in between the 47 days period you've mentioned and we're looking at ways of resolving it however as advised to other player, things are being looked at on individual basis and can take more/less time, depending on the severity of the issue, however I do apologise if this is taking longer than expected and appreciate your patience regarding the matter.
I'm pretty sure I could feel insulted by your use of the English semantics.Originally Posted by Ubi-Karl Go to original post
Decent people don't express appreciation for the discomfort of other people. Understanding, maybe
Anyway the only communication I received in all this time is to wait, and frankly I don't think the recognition of a purchase with the evidence I provided needs months.
I feel cheated, plain and simple.
