I’ve been playing all day, probably 20-25 games today. And I’ve used a large group of operators today yet I keep seeming to have to put a lot of extra rounds into people to be getting my normal kills. I rarely get headshots bc I aim center mass, so I’m wondering if it just feels off today to me or if other people are getting this too? I wonder if it has anything to do with the update too. It’s now to the point where I’m putting a full mag into a body and it is either downing them or they have hardly any health left and kill me. It’s happened twice today too where the last kill of the round I’ve went one for one with the enemy and died at the exact same time. I’ve been playing since last August and that has only ever happened 1 other time.
Does anybody have any insights or is anybody else having this experience?

I was getting that last night. Shooting people and it not registering, then having them turn around and shot me with an instant headshot. It's like the hit registration issue we had last season has actually somehow gotten worse.

Man that is not good news. It’s been happening periodically throughout the day for me.

I think it might be some sort of server issue. I've noticed my ping spiking a lot lately and even my normal number is higher then it use to be. My connection has not changed. It's all wired (Gigabit) and connected to a 100Mbps cable connection, so I really shouldn't have any issues. But I see spikes and the little yellow, sometimes red, icons appear quite frequently lately.

Not any more than usual. Is a matter of fact, most my bullets seem to 'hit' more regularly.

..but, this seems to be my case for the first week or so after an update..after that it gets..janky, sometimes.

it something called hit registration.. and it doesn't exist in this game.. you should have bought the expensive version of the game to get a higher change of getting kills...

I really think this is a network thing. When it's bad I see a lot of ping spikes and get that little yellow plug icon showing up, and when it's normal my ping holds steady and I never see the icon. Problem is I don’t know if it's an issue on my end or on theirs. I have an all wired network, and my Xbox has a static IP and is in the DMZ, so no firewall to get in the way. So it shouldn’t be my network, but you never know with consumer routers. I've had cheap ones and I've had expensive gaming ones and they all have issues sometimes and have to be rebooted.
