Leader - 00050002
Since the April update I have not been able to play or download track central tracks. Before the update sometimes the track would timeout with “unknown error”. Now it always backs out with error “Leader - 00050002”
I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling and I get the same error.
This is on Xbox one. The only thing search brings up is a fix for this on pc.
Has anyone on console ran into this and if so is there a fix?

Hey there @fifty6K,
I'm sorry to hear you've been experiencing these issues after the update.
Also, thank you for providing that information for me. I'll make a note of this.
In the mean time, if you have not already, please open up a ticket with Ubisoft Support.

Bumping this
Sorry Scottie but being redirected to some other page where I need to login again is a horrible reply.
I’m getting what appears to be a pc error on Xbox. This is either unprecedented (unlikely) or no one else getting this error cares enough to post.
I legit cannot play track central or make tracks.
Xbox one
Error is Leader 00050002
Details that might matter:
Day one standard edition buyer
Had orange circle loading icon on gear error until April update
Had dupe error until April update
Never had challenger error
Bought full dlc the day 66 came out
I have played tc tracks up until 66 with occasional error screen at that time (“unknown error”)
Most mp matches I start with 1 second go timer
I have shared (and players bought) gear that I’ve made
I have bought a shirt that was later turned into a black t shirt with logo missing

Just an idea but have you tried hard resetting the xbox?

Just looked that up and will try it.

I know you said Track Central in Fusion works so this may be futile but I remember in the past back in the Evo on Xbox 360 days people having trouble with track central due to some setting on Xbox Live that prevents access to user made content as some sort of parental controls, is it possible you have something like that active and it just happened to not affect Fusion?
