So PSN and Ubisoft servers working this morning, huzzah. Run trials to find I still have the mysterious 20 crates in my inventory and it turns out it is 5 Easter crates and 15 normal ones which is surprising as I wasn't missing any Easter ones....I decided not to open any just yet and went and levelled up two more times and, to the surprise of more than likely no one, I received zero crates for levelling up.Originally Posted by AttackRabbit79 Go to original postI am also missing loot crates (who isn't by now?) but interestingly this morning whilst my PS4 was unable to connect to Ubisoft servers it showed that I had 20 unopened crates (not as many as I'm actually missing but whatever), I couldn't open them as you have to be online to do so. Edit: Of course PSN is down at the moment...I still have the 20 crates when I launch Trials offline so we shall have to wait and see...
I've now opened one of the 20 crates and will level up again in a while to see what happens (we all know what's gonna happen but whatever).

Nice to hear it's being looked in to but I'm not getting my hopes up (come on, they've been aware for months and have been 'looking in to it').
In the continuing saga of crates I was at 19 when last I posted and after levelling up once more I received, cue epic fanfare, nothing. After going to Ubisoft Club it turned out I had finished a weekly challenge which awarded a 'Season Gear Crate' (don't hold me to that wording) which it turns out was just a normal crate but I am back up to 20 crates now so yay.
Sadly I then did some multiplayer, levelled up again and got, you guessed it, no crates. Not gonna bother opening any more and will just do multiplayer for now, I'd quite like to finish off the contracts in single player but if I'm getting diddly squat for doing the levels in, occasionally, not so fun ways then it's pretty pointless.

hmm i have done a few multiplayer runs. but honestly got nothing but points for those so had no idea you get any crates there at all LOL.
i have noticed im all of a sudden getting gear crates now when I'm meant to be.. 😝🤞fixed hopefully from here on in on this issue and im hoping it is working for everyone else now too

New member here. Been messing around with gear crates the past couple days. Not sure if they fixed things, but it seems like there may be a work around if they haven't. I had stopped receiving gear crates around lvl 90. Got like 15 of em when I hit lvl 105, but then they stopped showing up again at lvl 110. At one point I had received a couple after I won some challenger races. Didn't really pay it any mind and also didn't really do much of the challengers after a day or so. Of course I opened all my challenger crates and didn't get gear crates after that, and for many lvls too. The other day I decided to do some challenger races and didn't open them after I got them. The crates don't always show up right away, but it appears that if you have 1 or 2 unopened challenger crates you will receive the gear crate when lvling up. Not sure if this if really a thing, but can the folks not getting gear crates try having at least 1 unopened challenger crate and see if that works? Hope this can help out or maybe it's just fixed.
