Which is why I like Kwoungs idea about armor.

Dunno if it will fix the issue. The bases would still be diluted like crazy. But it would be a huge step in the right direction.
Armor affect the rest of stats because they knew and it does affect damage output thru certain talents by alot, and they are currently the best dps base talents . And having a quantity of armor affecting damage in a positive way is bad.

Unless raids are designed with damage mechanics in mind. But I see where you're going with that and agree mostly.

Two birds (issues) with one stone. As I said before on other matters, it really isn't rocket science, being able to make your players happy.
From the first time I ran into Black Tusk and all their tech toys I was hoping that the EMP Pulse would actually damage those mini tanks and war dogs... I was not pleased when I found out it did nothing to them. But yeah, they really need to make the skills in the game useful in way more situations so that people actually will want to use them because they're more than just self revives and self heals.

There's too many base items. Do you know what a base is? It's the item type. You know, the one thing you don't use 90% of. That's what I think the problem is, you're rolling for every spec in the games gear at once, besides individually.

    Would you agree?
This is a serious question, not a rhetorical one. Could you be more condescending? There's no reason for it.

I wasn't trying to be condescending. I do not know him, nor his experience. If I came off that way, apologies.

Yep the pluse is not as good as D1 but put on spotter and it's more worthwhile.

I haven't tried a spotter build yet... the range of pulse just seems way too small to make it worth while. I'm guessing you have a good build based around it though?

If you run unbreakable and lose the 2% damage /25k amour talant it can help out a bit with damage. Run it with a turret as you don't really need healer with patience on kneepads.
