    - my own clan had about 18 player, almost all left before new patch. mean left game not clan, currently i have 3 active players in clan
    - players who remain in game already have clan, can not recruit any new, even in game in normal mission I dont meet players without clan¨
    - if only chance to get to raid is to be in clan, than why I should leave my own clan witch have achieve some level I dont give up?
You don't need to be in the same clan to be on each other's friends list and you don't need to be in a clan to do the raid, you can have up to 8 different clans represented in the raid if each person belonged to a different clan. All you need to do is take the time to use Discord or the forums or some other LFG area to find a group that's running the raid and then you can try it out. It does take a little extra work, but it's really not that hard.

You don't need to be in a clan to play in the raid, but it does help and makes it easier, but you can be a total solo, lone wolf, kind of player and still get into raid groups.

I have never read anything that adding matchmaking to the raid wasn't being done because it was a "waste of programmer's time" or anything like that. As a matter of fact, I remember hearing on one of the SotG's that they were looking into adding it at some point but they were not going to do it at this time. Having attempted the raid 4 times and successfully completed it twice, I'm glad they don't have matchmaking for the raid. You absolutely NEED communication to be successful in the raid and without it, you're not going to progress. With as hard as this raid is, if you really want to play it, it's worth the effort to use one of the other tools like Discord or forums or communities or whatnot to find a group that you can communicate with. You'll be much happier in the long run.

so one fatal mistake after another one.......shame
It is pretty much entirely on you that you can't play the raid. Literally no one is stopping you but you. You don't have to leave your clan to play the raid and you don't have to recruit more people to your clan to play the raid. You just have to find the Discord server/Forum/Community and ask to join a raid group. You might not get in one right away and you almost certainly won't succeed right away, but you will be able to find a group if you put in a little effort to do so.

Can I join your Raid group? I want to do it, I have the time. I have a very nice skill build that can toss any old skill around at max(ish) power.

I'm no expert on the raid, but I've now completed it successfully two times (yay me!) and I'm not a pure DPS build. Neither is one of the guys who was also in the raid with me. I'm running a strange AR hybrid build that I'm sure isn't optimal and would be picked apart by just about anyone, and the other guy is running a 5/7/7 build and we're both able to hold our own and participate in the raid (he does it way better than I do, but I'm not useless at least). So maybe the raid isn't for you, there's nothing wrong with that, but if you really want to do a skill build, there's nothing stopping you. It might not be the hot new meta but I'm pretty sure I've been seeing more than a few agents running around with pulse/spotter builds with seeker mines or even that attack hive and they can hold their own, maybe not in the raid, but certainly in challenge missions and even heroics.

But I totally get what you're saying about the builds in this game. They're not as diverse as they should be but it sounds like the devs are aware of that and are trying to boost skill builds. Beside that there's a ton of new content coming out, including Expeditions, that sound fun and promising that they won't just be the same old missions, but something new. And who knows, maybe that's where your skill builds will shine.

When the Raid first came out and in those first few days of learning the mechanics, I always used a Skill Build and I was always the last man standing before the wipe. I know how to play this game and more importantly how to play a skill build to its maximum potential. Sadly, a message was sent out by Massives 'star' players that Skill builds had no place in the raid and the invites dried up rapidly. I do more than hold my own in challenge and heroic missions and I solo both regularly. I could slap those Youtubers for spreading their posion regarding skill builds.
