    Missing DLC after purchasing the Animus Pack

    I purchased the Animus Pack and it did not come with the "Lost Archive" DLC

    The Lost Archive DLC does not appear as listed in my library, nor does the DLC show in the Account Information > My games. The only key is for the Assassin's Creed Revelations base game.

    I have opened a ticket for this, and it has been escalated, almost two work weeks ago. I have provided proof that the animus pack does include this DLC, and I have also already provided my proof of purchase and images of the DLC simply not being on my account.

    I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to access 'The Lost Archive' DLC.

    I have put a note in your support ticket asking for an update, you should receive a reply as soon as it is possible.

    I too have this issue, my support case has been open since 12th April (case number 08584319), how can I encourage people at Ubisoft to do their jobs?
