Shouldnt Killer give you +30% critical hit damage?
Nevermind, lets have Finisher as example. Get +30% critical chance for 15 seconds when swapping the weapon after a kill. The crucial part here is the +30%. Not just 30%, but +30%. Which means it adds up to the current Critical Hit Chance you have, which would be 90%. But i doubt it works, 60% has to be the hard cap. I believe there is a reason that they dont want us to reach 100% critical hit chance.
