Remove or give the option to change HUD elements like text chat and notifications | Forums

It's so irritating when a match ends and a bunch of people leaves and joins,and now you have to wait for the black-bar notifications to pass in order to see the text chat properly because the notifications cover like half of it
I want an option to either remove those notifications or change their place on the screen or the option to change text chat's location

yeah, funny that they promised that stuff with the UI updates but nothing really happened on that front
