    If you do challenge mode does it complete both?
    If it doesn't, it should.

    The rng system is terrible. And I'll keep commenting on every thread that talks about it because it absolutely needs to addressed now rather than later.

    I have not changed a single item in any of my loadouts in so long I actually can't remember the last time I did get something I could use. The closest thing I got was I found a piece of armor with like 2k more health and I just recalibrated it onto one of my loadout items just so I could say something has changed. And even for that I actually had to go farm ceramics cause I've been burning all my materials on the daily SHD project to get a single crafting blueprint that has only ever given me armor blueprints, which are complete ****ing garbage.

    Did they just hire a whole new team that has never played any ubisoft games to make this? How do you manage to make the exact same mistakes here as you did on division 1? I can just imagine what was going on in the room where you guys were figuring out the design of the game.

    Dev 1: So what do you guys think we should do with Division 2?
    Dev 2: Remember all that stuff we did in Division 1 when it first came out that everyone hated?
    Dev 1: Yeah.
    Dev 2: We'll lets just do that.
    Dev 1: Perfect!

    Yes, I aw that, and yes doing that mission on "challenging" completed both. Not sure what the issue is. Most that are interested in doing these projects are likely just grinding away. The idea of killing two birds with one stone is a benefit.

    But I am pretty sure I was weekly projects saying do mission X on "invaded" during a week that it was not possible to turn mission X to "invaded". But, doing the mission as not invaded did complete the project.

    There have been a lot of little glitches with the projects, criteria, etc.

    The issue is the amount of stats that are available to roll on the gear, and the amount of gear. It's a 2 fold issue. When you have too many combinations of stats that choose how good a piece of gear is, and your odds of rolling all the correct stats (hitting jackpot), along with the item rarity (more jackpot), and item type (JACKPOT).

    The odds are astronomically low. I've ran into similar issues on private servers, like playing Diablo 1 The Hell, where too many base items, and too many stats ruin your odds if not balanced correctly. (and RNG becomes endless snooze fest of never getting upgrades)

    You can have "too many base item types" also in your item pool that adds to this. Such as all the different types of guns. The algorithym has to:

    A) Choose an item from how many base types? A LOT!

    B) Roll the rarity. (more RNG)

    C) Roll the stats (more RNG)
