    Any of you guys managed to get this issue resolved? I just bought a 12 months pass and same thing with you guys, it’s not working.

    Just an update: I managed to get a refund from PlayStation. Apparently, the rep from PlayStation said that the unlimited pass is only compatible with just dance 2016. Ubisoft, please do something about it.

    Same here. I've spent hours logging into my ubisoft account and trying to connect it to my just dance via switch. No matter what I've done it continues to tell me my account doesn't exist even though it does [REMOVED]

    12 month just dance unlimited - NOt working with my 2019 jsut dance game

    the same issue for me, same as the posts above.

    i bought the unlimited for 1 year, sent emails both to playstation store and UBISOFT and still waiting.
    probably will solve the covit-19 issue first and then this one.

    ANYONE out there please !! UBISFOT you support is lacking responsiveness. act now and fix this or remove it from the game. it;s annoying for grown up and little ones.

    VIP purchased but not working

    Hi there, we just purchased the VIP through apple store and it is not recognising it. We are using a smart tv and it keeps asking us to upgrade. Can you please advise. Thanks.

    Same issues.

    I bought a one month Just dance unlimited subscription as well and am facing the same issue when I try to access from subscription from Just dance 2019.

    When I contacted Ubisoft they mentioned that I need to contact PS support as I bought it at PlayStation Store.

    Well, the Playstation support is currently not responding at all. Their chat does not connect anymore (Maybe due to the cover situation). Has anyone had luck with it?

    Hi I have a similar issue. I used Just dance 2020 unlimited in Switch and it worked in the first month but from April, it somehow became invalid but it shows it's valid till February 2021. My ticket number is 11363130. Please take a look as I've reported for almost 2 weeks and no one has responded yet.

    Please refer to our article here for instructions on how to link your two accounts correctly. If they are correctly linked, but you still cannot play / purchase a subscription, please don't hesitate to reach out to us privately via a support case or a Live Chat.

    Could you please provide your case reference number here, so that I can take a closer look if necessary?

    Do you have a physical copy of Just Dance 2019, or a digital copy? Is your PlayStation Network ID already linked to your Ubisoft Account?

    I can see that a colleague of mine has responded to your case, and provided troubleshooting to you for you to try. Please test setting the console used to purchase the subscription as your primary console, and let us know if this allows you to access your subscription without issue.
