This is one bug I hate having to report because I hate those god damn drones but yes, not once on any invaded mission I played during this week's invasion did I see any drones come out.
However, I have seen the drone woman put her drones up in random encounters with black tusk in the open world when I fight them. Same with elite territory control that's controlled by black tusk. The drone ladies put their drones up in the air then for me as well. So it seems to be just in missions that they are not using their drones.
AI'll be posting a video later. It is absolutely a fail on Massive's part.It goes way beyond the lack of drones. The AI is pretty much non-existent.Not sure if this is all just specific to black tusks, and I would guess it isn't.
1) No drones by any black tusk archetypes.
2) Enemies will not flank, and when they do they most often just pick a few hits and then move back in front.
3) Enemy awareness is way down. I can literally disco dance in front of enemies.
4) Medics don't revive anyone.
I'd have to say that the overall experience has been reduced to make this game a tin can alley game with extremely nice graphics and artistry. The enemies just parade in front of you in a pattern, just like cans on a conveyor belt. It went from being a game you can be proud of mastering to a "call of duty".
Please understand as I say that, it pains me because I have been very supportive of Massive/Ubisoft in these forms and totally get that there is a wide range of play styles to serve, and balancing the game between them is hard.
But it is quite obvious that they have caved to the "I can't take the drone spamming", "the enemies flank too much", and "the enemies are too aggressive". And this is the result.
Yes indeed. I forgot to list that out. Medics don't do anything but throw jammers and hide. No reviving happened at all.Originally Posted by scarp99anzz Go to original post
