Summit Exploit Abuse
It happens all over again.
Some players are using in game flaws to set records and high scores in competitive events.
Using the [RESET] function should never lead to an advantage to begin with.
Despite clear attempts from the dev team to avoid exploit abuse, the same miscreants have found ways to ruin another competition.
This time it appears to involve the TC Italian race.
Please remove the "cheater" scores (most likely all sub 3 min times) and give these players a warning or a ban.
Thank you,
CK
Thanks for the demo vid, Luny
Maybe the team can either fix this glitch or disable the reset function during Summit events alltogether.
Especially closed (track) races need no reset anyway.
And for those players who figure these "ways to win" out; nothing better to do than ruin the fun for thousands of other players?
You are just a bunch of lame losers.
PS The dev team can easy spot who used this glitch by watching the replay ghosts![]()
Oh, and I was wondering how those times are even possible... Now I see.
The incompetence of TC2 developers has no bounds. Why is this so hard to implement "BACK on track" function? It's literally in the name. It should never ever teleport you forward, only BACK. Somewhere you have actually been before. Not just pick the nearest invisible spawn point like it seems to do now.
Current system is only good for freeroam, but it should be completely reworked for all events.
I think Ubisoft does not want to eliminate these mistakes because then many top drivers would be affected :wütend:
They often justify their behavior by claiming and forgetting their rank
that they thereby take away their rank from others without better performance.
In my opinion this is very unfair but think that is the friendliest description for it.
For such exploitation of game mistakes only dissuasive high points deduction helps but Ubisoft is unfortunately not ready.
another simple method would be to point out every Summit Evend in the Start Poster!
It is not allowed to use bugs and other gaming mistakes !!!
Maybe even when not paying attention with punishment.
That would certainly scare off many
Thanks again to luny that she has documented in the video.![]()
"quickest" way is to change the favorite vehicle and then use FavButton to switch vehicle. Otherwise you most of the time respawn miles away from where you where. Fun fun funOriginally Posted by Very_Melon Go to original post
The Check-point "glticth" needs fixing. The one on Miami race track (where you can easily shave off ~1 minute) and the ones on the Coastal Range to LA. (even thought the Coastal ones saved my race today.) :P
Also; When you press Back On Track, you really expect to be resatt Backon track, and not inside the same tree or gorge or whatever you ended up in.
