    Ubisoft Store taking money, no items received.

    I tried to purchase some things off the Ubisoft store, but I kept getting the "Oops, payment cannot be completed" message, and trying again. This has resulted in the payment being pending twice on my bank account, but nothing received.

    Sounds to me like your bank is having trouble authorising payments, happened to me alot last year with xbox store.
    Basically, the money will return to your account in a week or two, there is nothing you can do about it. The bank will blame ubi, ubi will blame the bank.

    Just remember though, the money has not been spent, it's in pending and will return to your bank account. You just have to play the waiting game, nobody can help you unfortunately, sorry to be the bringer of bad news

    Bought a bunch of games on sale, recieved none, money was taken

    Hi, I bought a bunch of "Heroes of might and magic" games on the "up to 75%" discount. After I clicked the "confirm and pay" button I was taken to a website, that said "error 404 this page does not exist". Unfortunatelly money was taken from me but I recieved no games. I would very much appreciate if you could add the games to my library.

    Contact support and take a screenshot of the transactions, if all is good they will have to give you the games or return your money

    Hey,

    PriceyMank19 is correct, that it will likely be an authorisation failed on the transaction. The money would never be received and banks usually return it automatically in 7-10 days, but you can create a support ticket for the Ubisoft Store team here and they can remove the authorisation request which would return it to you too. I can't guarantee they will be able to get it done quicker than you'll get it automatically now anyway as it's been 6 days since you posted this, so it's up to you if you wish to contact them about it.
