Beside the aggressive NPC behavior, there are still some anomalies that need to be addressed:
1. If you shoot the Outcast Scorcher's fuel canister and they survive the explosion, they can still harm you with the flame thrower even though you shot out their fuel source.
2. Similarly, if you shoot the tank on the sticky gooey guy, after he recovers, he can still shoot his goo.
Both of these enemies need to be fixed. It doesn't make sense that you destroy their tanks but can resume their use of it once they recover.

did a few on challenging last night and it seems to be getting worse .. just bolting straight past you sometimes turning on a dime to melee you I have about 320 armor and 120 health and 1 melee hit or drop kick almost insatkills you have had some downing me were I had lowered armor it shows 350k dmg, that is just cheap and ludicrous tactics massive. Melee damage should not do anywhere near that amount of damage.

I also experienced the week point not registering every shot, it feels sometimes like it has an ICD to avoid it triggering to fast on bosses or something.
