    [BUG] trapped npc

    In this control point "ivy tunnel", some NPCs are trapped in that sector:



    It is the door where respawn NPCs.

    The control point is at level 4, and it happens at the moment of killing the second boss

    I'm still having trouble with NPCs not emerging if a particular spawn point on any activity (i.e., propaganda, territory control, etc.) southeast of Ivy Tunnel. The location contains a tannoy (used in propaganda activity) which is located 58m from Ivy Tunnel.
    Specifically, if NPCs are set to spawn from the manhole (underground) to the south and upstairs from the tunnel, they guaranteed will be "stuck" inside either inside the wall or under the manhole. On the mini-map, the red / hostile indicator is shown and it becomes a circle if I stand on the manhole. The only solution is to move far away (or in some cases, due to unknown reasons, I must log out of the session) so that the activity is forced to end.
    Note that "forced to end" is not the same as "completed activity". In the case of forcing an end, I will get XP for hostiles killed, but never the completion rewards (activity XP, loot, materials, intel, specialisation points, etc.).

    For any activity that spawns to the southeast of Ivy Tunnel, "upstairs" from the tunnel area, the NPCs, in my experience, tend to spawn more frequently from this manhole and therefore get "stuck". Sometimes, the NPCs will spawn to the west, which usually is fine (if they are caught by hostile factions while running to the activity location, that's a different problem).

    Another location that I've had "stuck" hostile NPCs in activities (resource escort, etc.; not "Bank Headquarters" mission) is from the spawn point in the "Bank Headquarters" mission building; the spawn door is in the same exterior wall as the entrance to the Bank mission (spawn door and mission door face the same street, 18th Street NW). Same indicators as in other cases, the red / hostile circle shows on mini-map, but I can't kill the hostiles nor get them to emerge, and the only solution is to move far away (or log out of session) so that the activity is forced to end.
