With the latest changes to the players HEALTH + ARMOR it made a lot of players significantly more tanky in PVP.
In addition to this, the PVP modifier has been reduced making the TTK a lot longer, which is a major issue for solo players.
As a solo rogue I love going around servers annihilating teams, the problem with the latest patch updates is that you need massive amounts of BURST damage to engage teams.
We dont need prolonged damage like that offered by the LMG, you need really fast RPM gun with high damage to burst a player down to start the engagement. With the nerfs to Strained + Berserk + Clutch restriction removes SMG as that option, so that leaves only the AR's.
Issues:
1) You run out of bullets before you can complete the manhunt because the players are so tanky.
2) Really hard to engage a team of 2-3 people at once as they can heal through the damage one at a time unless you can take one out with a clip and move to the next target etc.
3) No real skill or gun talents or weapons can seperate the top players from trash, so the gap between the top and bottom is non-existnant, this game is designed for absolute casuals.

And yet I applaud anyone who can manage a SOLO manhunt in the modern meta (just finished a couple my self last night) felt great to overcome all of the issues above and still wreck people.

At least you can clear manhunt on Xbox, try it on PC and get one shotted every time you just stop to look at the terminal.
