I cannot access Daniels office in Operation Oracle. I have his keycard but absolutely nothing happens when I stand next to his door / keycard reader. It didnt work for me during the first playthrough, and it still doesnt work for me now that I am replaying the mission.

This bug is stopping me from completing the kingslayer files for this mission.

Ok it gets better - it seems that Cole Walker and Daniel arent spawning during this replay. They simply are not there at all. Is there a bug with replaying this mission?
UPDATE - I have now gained access to the room. I had to go and lift the keycard again in the showers. I had already tried this method but the keycard isnt actually visible when you have already lifted it, so I thought it wasnt possible. But I tried again and moved to where the keycard was originally, and low and behold the prompt to collect it appeared. So I lifted the invisible keycard for the second time and this then worked on the office door.
Cole also then spawned as normal.
